Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)
The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is a state-based program that can increase the safety of survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking with a legal substitute address. You can learn more about the program here. Alice is an ACP Application Assistant, meaning that if you or one of your clients believe they would benefit from enrolling in the program and you’re eligible to do so, Alice can help you apply.
Eligibility includes:
1. You, or your client, are a survivor of actual or threatened domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking and fear for their safety
2. You, or your client, have moved/relocated within the past 90 days or will move within two weeks of applying.
3. You, or your client, have and are able to provide evidence of victimization such as police documentation, court documentation, protection orders, etc.
