What is Coffee Talk?

Coffee Talk was built out of the two largest needs in the Colorado Springs community: Therapy and Increased advocacy and education for underserved victims of domestic violence. Coffee Talk is a place to de-stigmatize mental health and break away from the overly clinical world.

It’s challenging to be vulnerable and talk about our deepest traumas and the biggest stressors in our lives. Instead, I’d like people to see therapy as if they were having some coffee talk with a friend or colleague. At the office, I’ll have coffee and tea available during our sessions.
