What is Coffee Talk?
It’s hard to be vulnerable and trust someone with your deepest traumas and the biggest stressors in our lives. Instead, I’d like people to see therapy as if they were having some coffee talk with a friend or colleague to figure out a different approach. At the office, I’ll have coffee and tea available during our sessions.
